Job Purpose

Provide Corporate Controls to the Enterprise in the domains of Project Management, Program Management, Change Management and Management Committees. Execute the procedural frameworks for Corporate Controls to ensure Enterprise Leadership can make informed decisions that support safe, reliable and efficient commercial operations of Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP).
 

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Change Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Change Management procedure.
•    Ensure all Change Management activities are captured and tracked in Markaz and support Change Enablers and Change Owners in initiating new Changes
•    Support Change Enablers and Change Owners in developing Change Management Plans.
•    Manage the Delivery of selected Projects, as and when required
Committees Controls
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•    Enforce adherence to Committees Management procedure and support Committees Secretaries and Chairs of Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 Committees under the governance of the Committee Management procedure.
•    Report on the performance of the assigned Management Committees.
Records Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Ensure all Project, Program and Change records are watermarked, e-Signed, and stored on ECMS in accordance with the PMO procedures.
•    Ensure all Committees Charters of Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 Committees under the governance of the Committee Management procedure are watermarked, e-Signed, and stored on ECMS in accordance with the PMO procedures

Professional Certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

Pref- MSc in Project Management.

Experience

Min -     3 years of relevant experience.

Pref -   At least 7 years general/line management or project/program management experience with evidence of fulfilling support, control and assurance roles as a Project Management function.
•    3 years direct experience in the project management training and capability development preferably in energy, utilities, and construction or ICT operations.
•    Prior working experience in the Gulf.
