Job Title: Digital Transformation Associate Project Manager
Job Purpose
Overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple agile technology solutions across a number of large programs and agile teams, by ensuring consistency in delivery approach through the PMO and Scrum Masters, and by growing capability in people.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Digital transformation
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Establish and improve online customer experience and a more effective digital product range through delivering multiple technological solutions across number of programmers and agile approaches.
• Lead customer outreach initiatives to ensure service quality meets and exceeds expectations.
• Provide feedback and reports to teslam senior management in all digital transformation aspect.
• Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure teslam Division is communicated.
• Accountable for the effective resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements.
• Develop on-going plans for delivery activities and manage allocated resources to ensure that the support team delivers to committed tasks.
Stakeholder Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Coordinate with site stakeholders to ensure the proper response to external stakeholders’ requests.
• Act as a central point of contact and support for institution and protocol relations between ENEC and its subsidiaries and build strong relations with them.
• Serve as a liaison between teslam team and the enterprise.
• Manage relationships with third party digital delivery partners whenever required.

Digital Consulting / Client Leadership
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Assist as an expert digital consultant leading Business Transformation/Product strategies and roadmaps.
• To be well informed of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of upcoming technologies and how it affects teslam customer service experiences.
• Align with teslam management to develop / support plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Help with digital strategies and program roadmaps, and work with IT team and third parties to deliver the roadmap initiatives.
Digital Solution Delivery
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Responsible for shaping digital solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
• Understand the full end-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, user experience design through development and release. Working closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
• Orchestrate digital/business transformation and product solutions, strategic roadmaps, data-driven experience design, platform implementation, and continuous improvement/optimization programs
Driving Growth
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Drive digital growth by increasing the digital services in teslam service portfolio
• Align with teslam goals and objectives, support teslam financial goals by achieving digital revenue targets
Professional Certifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ computer science
Experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
