Job Title:  ENEC Corporate Oversight Advisor

Job Purpose

Assessment Preparation Activities, Conduct of the Assessment, and Writing and finalizing assessment reports 

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Assessment Preparation Activities – off site, ‘home based assignment’ – ONE WEEK

Review of relevant procedures, reports and data, including:
- Audit and assessment reports, Trend reports, System health reports, KPIs (MRM packages), FANR findings safety culture survey results
- Performance Improvement Procedures (CAP, MO&C, Corrective Actions), , HU causal evaluations (Level 1-3)
- Plant reliability processes and procedures (Work management, Significant Equipment Investigations, Critical Equipment Lists, Plant and Component Health Reports, PM program)

Conduct of the Assessment – on site - TWO WEEKS 

2.1 Plant Reliability assessment 
Including: walkdowns and interviews with Engineering, Work management, Investigators of Significant Equipment events, plant equipment reliability information reviews in respective systems
2.2 Corrective Action Program Assessment 
including:  PI program procedure review, CAP meeting attendance (as required), KPIs, interviews, evaluation of significant event reports, trend reports, corrective actions and effectiveness measures, and other information as requested.
2.3 Assessment of ENEC Corporate oversight KPI dashboard 
including:  Regulatory audits, oversight template and audit plants, assessments and findings issued by corporate oversight including actions taken and effectiveness review measures, KPIs, responses to findings, and audit issue classification.

Writing and finalizing assessment reports - off site, ‘home based assignment’ – ONE WEEK
