Job Purpose

To assist in coordinating all food and beverage services at BNPP Site facilities under Teslam’s scope and area of responsibilities. Support the provision of high-quality, sufficient amounts, and a range of food and beverages across all facilities.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Food and Beverage Planning
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  
•    Assist in planning food and beverage menus in line with requirements, expectations, and preferences of site-based employees.
•    Coordinate with stakeholders and end users to review service quality.
•    Ensure a wide range of food and beverage selections are available at all times.
•    Support monitoring actual consumption and assist in planning cost optimization for new orders.
•    Assist in managing catering service provider performance.
Catering Facilities Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Assist in conducting physical checks and inspections of all facilities designated for Food and Beverage supplies, including restaurants, pantries, and coffee stations, together with the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
•    Support kitchen operations and report findings to the Head of Hospitality and Community Management.
•    Ensure all facilities are set with furniture and fixtures according to agreed standards and HSE requirements.
Catering Supplier Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•    Assist in reviewing and managing supplier agreements and monitoring all deliveries for compliance with agreed brands, standards, quality, and frequency.
•    Support in monitoring and reporting supplier performance to meet agreed KPIs and SLAs

Administration and Reporting
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Assist in preparing monthly reports to the Head, Manager, and Director on catering-related services, addressing customer feedback and complaints.
•    Support in preparing reports on F&B consumption and requirements, providing proposal plans on improvements and delivery service.
•    Continuously collect customer feedback and send it to the Head of Hospitality and Community Management.
Quality Assurance 
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Ensure all certificates are valid and renewed without delays (OSHA, Food Safety, etc.).
•    Assist in the proper management of catering staff (servicing and kitchen) regarding their permits, qualifications, certifications, and trainings.
Health and Safety, Security, and Business Continuity
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    All individuals take personal responsibility for safety; follow company HSE policies, procedures and instructions; avoid complacency and continuously challenge existing conditions and activities to identify discrepancies that might result in error or in appropriate action; report any situation that could present a hazard; not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protection or management of the environment.
•    Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and corporate assets.
•    Follow all relevant Business Continuity and Resilience requirements for compliance with, and adherence to, policies, procedures and instructions related to the effective planning for, and response to, incidents or business disruptions to continue critical business processes and activities with minimal adverse impact.
