Job Title: Food and Beverage Officer
Job Purpose
To coordinate all food and beverage services at BNPP Site facilities under teslam scope and area of responsibilities. Ensure provision of high quality, sufficient amount and range of food and beverages across all facilities.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Food and Beverage Planning
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Review and approve Plans for food and beverages menus in line with requirements, expectations and preferences of site-based employees; Coordinate with stakeholders and end users, review service quality.
• Ensure wide range of food and beverages selection available at all the time.
• Ensure sufficient stock of food provision; monitor actual consumption and plan cost optimization for new orders.
• Manage catering service provider performance.
Catering Facilities Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Conduct physical checking and inspections of all facilities designated for Food and Beverage supplies: restaurants, pantries, coffee stations; together with Food and Beverage Supervisor.
• Oversee Kitchen operations and address findings to Head of Hospitality and Community Management.
• Ensure all facilities set with furniture and fixtures according to agreed standards and HSE requirements

Catering Supplier Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Review and Manage Supplier agreement monitor all deliveries compliance to agreed brands, standards, quality, frequency.
• Monitor and Report Supplier performance meet agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor Supplier performance and deliverables;
Administration and Reporting
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Review and prepare monthly reports to Head, Manager & Director on catering related services, address customer feedback and complains.
• Review and Prepare reports on F&B consumptions and requirements, provide proposal plans on service delivery improvements; coordinate with F&B Supervisor.
• Continuously collect customer feedback and send to Head of Hospitality and Community Management.
• Monitor all servicing and kitchen staff training calendar and ensure no overdue trainings or certifications, report to Hospitality and Community Management Team Leader
• Conduct customer surveys and collect reports based on management directions and instructions;
Quality Assurance
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Ensure all certificates are valid and renewed without delays (OSHA, Food Safety, etc)
• Ensure proper management of catering staff (servicing and kitchen) their permits, qualifications, certifications, trainings
Professional Certifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Experience
3 years’ experience in relevant field.
