Job Title: PM Delivery Specialist - Plant Support
Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the corporate applications and technology domain. Manages project delivery activities by applying best practices in project management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining adherence to governance and compliance standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive timely delivery, manage risks, and optimize resource utilization.

Demand Management

• Facilitates workgroups to deliver defined goals and outcomes.
• Provides support, guidance, and suggestions to workgroups and teams to learn collaborative problem solving and improve their team performance.

Project Planning and Scheduling

• Continuously monitors and updates project plans to reflect changes and risks.
• Ensures resource availability and optimal allocation across projects.

Stakeholder Communication and Engagement

• Establishes clear communication channels between project teams, business units, and vendors.
• Facilitates regular status updates, meetings, and governance reviews.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and resolves conflicts effectively.
• Ensures transparency and timely information flow throughout project lifecycles.
Change Management

• Supports the planning and implementation of organizational change associated with project delivery.
• Coordinates with change agents and business leaders to prepare end-users for transition.
• Develops and distributes communication and training materials to facilitate adoption.
• Monitors change impact and gathers feedback for ongoing adjustments.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Tracks project KPIs and performance against defined objectives.
• Prepares and presents dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Analyzes project data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommends corrective actions and drives their implementation.
Resource and Capacity Management

• Assesses current and future resource needs for project delivery across the corporate portfolio.
• Coordinates with resource managers and team leads to allocate personnel effectively.
• Monitors resource utilization to prevent overallocation or bottlenecks.
• Plans for skill development and capacity building to meet evolving project demands.
• Reports on resource availability and capacity constraints to senior management for informed decision-making
