Job Purpose

To oversee and supervise provision for soft services under teslam scope within plant areas across Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) Site assigned owner permanent facilities. Operational Planning

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  
•    Coordinate and monitor plant soft services delivered under vendor FM agreements.
•    Review contractor’s performance and KPIs of services plant delivered.
•    Ensure work done in line with agreed standards and SLAs.
•    Oversee relationship with plant facilities design and fit out work.
•    Coordinate external vendors and contractors in relation to plant office expansion and relocation process.
•    Liaise with procurement department to prepare additional / new scope of services and review existing services for improvement, maximize benefit and decrease the cost.
Facility Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Coordinate routine landscaping and gardening services management within plant areas.
•    Coordinate and supervises plant general and specialist cleaning services, pest control and waste collection in plant areas.
•    Organize and monitor laundry services in plant areas, if required, ensuring work done meets agreed KPIs & SLAs.
•    Supervise utilization of existing plant office space and provide recommendation plan for office space management improvement.
•    Ensure proper management of plant office pantries across all facilities.
•    Participate in projects related to plant layout design, furniture allocation, interior design modification and review drawings illustrating space utilization efficiency and ergonomic use.
•    Participate in special studies, benchmarking and self-assessments, report research and analysis in the area of facilities planning and facilities management of soft services.
•    Provide necessary support during internal and supplier auditing along with supplier site audits and create the action plan based on the findings

General Service
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•    Manage all required resources for support plant services including office services, utilities, housekeeping, transportation and cleaning.
•    Ensure the supply of plant office consumables (stationery, pantries provision, coffee stations provision)
•    Monitor plant pantry services management and coordinate with catering supervisor and Head of Hospitality and Community Management when required.
•    Process plant stationery orders for standard and non-standard stationery type.
•    Coordinate plant reception areas and ensure the excellence of services

Professional Certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Facilities Management or Business Administration.

Experience

3 years of relevant experience in Soft Facilities Management section.
