Job Title: Project Advisor
Job Purpose
The Project Warehousing Advisor provides senior subject matter advisory leadership to ENEC on the development, optimization, and future transformation of warehousing, supply chain, and logistics operations supporting the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) lifecycle.
The role is accountable for end to end oversight, technical assurance, and decision readiness of the warehouse strategy, concept designs, financial evaluations, and phased implementation roadmap The Advisor ensures that all outputs are technically robust, financially justified, nuclear compliant, and executable, enabling informed executive and Board level decisions.

Warehousing & Supply Chain Strategy Advisory:

• Act as ENEC’s subject matter reference for warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, and logistics strategy.
• Review Inventory strategies aligned with BNPP lifecycle criticality and resilience needs
• Support the future state warehousing and supply chain strategy aligned to BNPP lifecycle requirements.
• Define and justify Warehousing models Operating model
• Ensure strategies are technically feasible, nuclear appropriate, and implementable.
• Ensure that design, technology, and operating models are driven by strategy
• Translate approved strategy into a phased implementation roadmap
• Embed risk and resilience thinking into all strategic recommendations
• Mangane the design for the new warehouse and execution Data Collection & As Is Assessment Leadership
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Conduct As‑Is assessments of warehousing, supply chain, and logistics operations
• Establish and validate a fact based strategic baseline for ENEC’s warehousing and supply chain operating environment, covering:
o Warehousing footprint, capacity, utilization, and zoning
o Inventory criticality, lifecycle allocation, and safety stock philosophies
o Supply chain network configuration and logistics interfaces
• Direct and validate fact‑based assessments existing warehousing operations
• Supply chain network configuration
• Inventory planning, safety stock, MOQ, Min/Max levels
• Logistics, fleet utilization, and LSP performance
• Ensure baseline data, assumptions, and analyses are accurate, traceable, and decision grade
• Identification of quick wins and early initiatives Implementation Roadmap & Transition Planning

• Develop Transition strategy from existing warehouses to future facilities

• Prepare tender documentation packages for execution phases as required Project & Stakeholder Management

• Select, appoint, and manage consultants to support delivery where specialist expertise is required.
• Control consultant scope, deliverables, performance, and quality.
• Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, HSE, Security).
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated without compromising delivery outcomes Executive Reporting & Communication

• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Communicate complex technical and financial matters clearly to senior management.
• Support steering committees, executive reviews, and decision gates. Project Planning & Execution Oversight

• Provide senior advisory oversight across all phases of the warehousing improvement strategy, from baseline assessment through concept design and implementation planning.
• Validate project scope, assumptions, interfaces, milestones, and dependencies against BNPP lifecycle requirements.
• Ensure alignment between strategy, concept design, financial analysis, and execution readiness.
• Support ENEC in maintaining control of scope, schedule, risks, and deliverable quality. Excellence and Quality Management

Professional Certifications
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent
Supply chain / logistics certifications (APICS, CSCMP, CIPS)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Experience
20+ years of experience in:
Warehousing and logistics strategy
Supply chain transformation
Large, regulated, asset‑intensive environments (nuclear energy)
