Job Title: Project Manager (NAWAH)
Job Purpose
Manage the delivery of assigned Projects and Programs that help the Enterprise deliver its objectives and support safe, reliable and efficient commercial operations of Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP). Contribute to the Project Management Community of Practice and Emirati development through active engagement in mentoring and knowledge management activities.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Project & Program Delivery
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap of projects required to achieve "Defined Benefits" on assigned Programs.
• Support the review, verification and definition of Project Benefits and Program Components on assigned Programs.
• Lead teams of Project Managers and manage Project Changes to ensure projects are delivered within predefined baselines on assigned Programs.
• Develop specifications for assigned Programs and Projects by establishing baselines, key deliverables, success criteria, and high confidence deadlines.
• Drive project execution towards the achievement of predefined objectives (i.e. Quality, Cost, Scope, Schedule)
• Manage project information and documentation and communicate timely information to relevant parties.
• Manage assigned Programs and Projects within agreed governance structures, procedures and processes within the Enterprise to ensure increased predictability of outcomes, consistency of approach and efficient use of resources.Change Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Ensure that Change Initiation Document is completed prior to execution and ensure that Change Management activities are identified, captured, tracked, implemented and reported as per the Change Management Plan.
• Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Change Management procedure and contribute to the awareness of Change Management Practices within the Enterprise.PM Capability Building
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Coach & Mentor Project Managers and deliver Mentoring Contracts in accordance with the PMO Mentoring framework
• Contribute to the Project Management Knowledge Management repository with Lessons Learned and Operating ExperienceResource & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered.
• Ensure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively and in partnership with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes.
• Seek stakeholder insight and feed it into improved processes while ensuring compliance with governance and standardsDocument & Configuration Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems.
• Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the provision of documentation for new or improved processes, products and services and to ensure that good practice is disseminated throughout the organization.
• Ensure configuration Management of Project Documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree.
Experience
Experience:
• 6 to 7 years of Program Managment Experience or Project Management (In Business Development Field)
Preference -
• Program and Project Management Certification or Degree (PMP, or PGMP , or Msc in Project Management)
• Prior working experience in the Gulf
