Job Title: Technology and Cloud Architect Lead
Job Purpose
The Technology & Cloud Architect Lead is a pivotal role within the Architecture & Strategy team, reporting directly to the Architecture & Strategy Senior Manager. This position is responsible for shaping and driving the organization's cloud strategy, ensuring the design and implementation of robust cloud architectures, leading cloud migration program at larger scale demonstrating business values, advocating for security and safety of cloud services and managing the financial aspects of cloud adoption.
The Technology & Cloud Architect Lead will play a critical role in designing and managing cloud landing zones, building financial models for cloud services, and providing technical leadership across various architecture responsibilities. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
• Develop and maintain Cloud Architecture (Target & Current) to help increase cloud adoption and value creation
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure and resilient Cloud adoption framework that help evaluate cloud eligibility from all angles (financial, operational, security, delivery, business value,
• Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures (public, private, or hybrid) tailored to ENEC’s operational needs.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure landscape (cloud & on-primes) in both conceptual and logical representation showing the optimization opportunities
• Maintain Cloud Landing Zone Architecture and participate in improvement and optimizing the design to match the strategic objectives and cloud adoptions goals
• Analyze and recommend cloud services and technologies that align with the enterprise strategic goals
• Maintain EA Repository for cloud architecture including all elements based on EA Meta Model structure
• Lead and maintain current state baseline within the target repository with all assigned activity like data collection, verification, reporting and analysis.
• Document latest technology trends and cloud services
• Develop infrastructure to-be state aligned with cloud migration plan demonstrate cost optimization
• Design conceptual and logical architecture for cloud applications and services that covers all layers and reflect on business value services
• Lead cloud migration initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition of applications and data from on-premises environments to the cloud.
• Lead architecture compliance activities for onboarding of any cloud services ensuring principles, guidelines and service design package are in line with cloud platform requirements
• Lead the design and implementation for cost management tools and services aligned with FinOps values
• Actively participate in the migration process, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data integrity and security throughout the transition.
• Update EA repository with cloud landscape according to the enterprise Metamodel and ensure information management for all services and assets using EA Tools
• Develop Asset tagging framework for the cloud stack according to the cloud architecture reference model.
• Update and maintain all architecture documentation required from cloud strategy and reference architecture documentation.

Professional Certifications
• Certified in Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
• Certified in TOGAF foundation 9.2 or higher
• Certified in DevOps or relevant
• Certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3)
• Certified ArchiMate 3.0
• Certifications in project management, DevOps, or other relevant areas may also be preferred.
• VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) (VMware)
• ITIL V4 Advanced
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Min of 5~6 years of relevant experience in cloud architecture
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
